si6x Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the si6x platform and all its members. By accessing or using si6x through its website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

si6x is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, live dealer games, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services. These Terms define the scope of services, the rights and responsibilities of members, and the nature of the relationship between both parties.

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be considered a breach of policy and all associated accounts will be closed. Multiple accounts operated from the same device or IP address are also subject to this restriction.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Your password should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the si6x support team immediately. si6x will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party access to your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

si6x may request documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. If a national identity card, passport, or other required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended. Large withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Members must be at least 21 years of age to use any service on si6x. If age cannot be verified at the time of registration, the account cannot be created. If a minor opens an account using false information, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

si6x actively works to prevent minors from gambling. If there is doubt about the age of an account holder, si6x may suspend that account until verification is complete. It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent access by any minor members of their household.

In addition, si6x may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Any account found to be accessing the service from a restricted region will be closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on si6x via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited quickly; however, delays may occur due to network conditions. If a transaction is unsuccessful, you must contact the relevant mobile banking provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account that was originally used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on si6x are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit on si6x, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

si6x offers various promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, and birthday rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• A bonus is never a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a withdrawal is made from the bonus balance before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• si6x may cancel a bonus if it determines that the promotion is being abused.
• Bonuses apply only to accounts where the details match the information provided at the time of registration.

6.1 Fair Play

si6x ensures that all games on the platform are fair and impartial. Results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be controlled by any party. Live casino games are operated through reputable providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a gaming session, the system automatically saves the session data. However, si6x will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection. If any issue arises, please contact the support team.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to withdraw funds by exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.

7.1 Closure by si6x

si6x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
• An order from a court or law enforcement agency.

7.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they must notify the si6x support team. The available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

si6x believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. In accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy, each member can set their own spending limits and use the self-exclusion feature if needed.

• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account.

Under no circumstances will si6x's liability exceed the total balance held in the member's account.

si6x reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Registered members will be informed by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms.
